Surface Treatment

ENDER ’s aluminium profiles can be surface treated in a number of ways, including electrochemical, anodising and organic and powder coating.

We have one vertical line with capacity 300 Ton /MONTH for powder coating and a Wood transfer line with capacity 100 Ton/MONTH a QUALICOAT licensed company, we provide a full range of colour coatings at a very high quality.

POWDER COATING

Powder coating surface treatments are available in a combination of horizontal and vertical lines for electrostatic powder coating. ENDER has a capacity of 10 tons per day and processing of profiles up to 6000mm in length. The line is QUALICOAT certified and meets all European requirements for quality and environmentally sound production.

Powder coating produces a high quality, long-lasting profile protective coating.

ENDER’s colour treatment is environmentally friendly chrome free (Titanium based) process which allows:

• GOOD WEAR AND LOW FRICTION COEFFICIENT
• APPLYING OF PROTECTIVE FOILS ON COATED SURFACES

ANODISING

Anodising is a surface treatment method primarily used to enhance corrosion resistance on aluminium profiles. This process also ensures better colour durability - anodising is often considered a treatment with dirt repellent characteristics.

The anodising process on aluminium is primarily used on profiles for industrial application, such as marine, automotive and aviation, as it increases resistance to corrosion. It can also be used in Architectural Systems in building construction. The combination of a special gloss and the corrosion resistance delivered by the process, make anodising the selected surface treatment for even the most specific, demanding projects.

We have 2 anodising line with capacity 1500 TON /MONTH for anodised and as a QUALANOAD licensed company, we provide a full range of coloring process at a very high quality.
