Our products are subject to rigorous quality control and once they are ready to dispatch we offer a range of smart logistics solutions to ensure they get to you when you need them. Lightweight aluminium has distinctive logistics advantages – each truck can carry up to three times as many aluminium parts as steel – allowing us to pass on benefits to our customers in terms of cost and environmental impact.

Before our products are ready to ship there are a number of technical processes that they might go through.

CUTTING

 Cutting is the first stage for every ENDER product. Accuracy and excellence are fundamental at the cutting stage, as this lays the foundation for the quality of the final product.

We use different high precision saws, appropriate for a wide range of aluminium profiles of various sizes and weights, to cut to even the most detailed and demanding requirements.

 
CNC PROCESSING

 Every advanced aluminium profile component requires precision machining to meet ENDER s high standards. CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment is programmed to perform operations such as cutting, drilling, thread cutting, broaching, milling, mechanical deburring, etc., The use of these processes allows us to achieve excellent tolerances.

PUNCHING

Punching is primarily used for cutting holes in profiles. Precision tooling and in-depth knowhow ensure ENDER products meet exact specifications and are ready to use on delivery.

OTHER 

Insulation – joining aluminium profiles with thermo-brake polyamide strips.

Assembling – screw mounting, sticking and labeling, pressing.
